  • Understanding objects, tasks, actions, methods, paths, moments in A/R mapping

  • Deep mapping – creating maps of your organization

    • Workshopping of core challenges.

    • Overlaying accountability, systems, time, speed, quality, functions, methods, software onto base maps

  • Systems thinking ideology
