Erik Dorr, Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at The Process Fixer, is a seasoned Senior Level Sales & Marketing Executive with an impressive track record in strategic business planning, relationship building, and multi-function sales execution. With a diverse background spanning over 30 years across multiple verticals, including Hospitality & Travel Technology, Golf, and Electric Transportation, Erik brings a wealth of experience to his role.

Throughout his career, Erik has demonstrated a strong focus on building and managing lasting customer and partner relationships, ensuring a consultative sales experience. His expertise includes customer and partner relations, sales management, business development, strategic planning, value-driven proposal development, negotiation, organizational leadership, and new market development.

Prior to joining The Process Fixer, Erik served as the Vice President of Sales for Phat Scooters/Phat Rides LLC, where he was instrumental in growing the brand into a multi-million dollar leader in the fat tire electric vehicle market. He also developed and expanded their Authorized Dealer Program to 40 partners within the first year.

Erik’s extensive experience in the Hospitality and Casino Technology space includes working with large enterprise corporations such as Infor, Amadeus, and Kronos, as well as mid-sized companies like Intelity and GCommerce Solutions. He has also been involved with successful Arizona-based start-ups, securing over 190 new hospitality customers in less than a year.

As a thought leader in the industry, Erik has been a select speaker for Hospitality Schools, including UNLV, Arizona State University, Scottsdale Community College, Northern Arizona University, Grand Canyon University, Cornell University, and Boston University. He has also held various leadership roles within the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and actively volunteers for non-profit charities such as MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-Age Kids) and Kitchen on the Street.

Erik holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified Process Triage Facilitator. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Heather, percussion and supporting New England sports teams.
