Process Triage Workshops
After leading a pre-planning session to identify the process to be traiged and set clear, measurable goals, our Process Triage Facilitators lead your frontline employees through an in-person, one-day workshop to map out that process workflow, identify pain points within it, and propose remedies using our proprietary Process Triage methodology. The results of the workshop are used to create a 90-Day Action plan.
